Welcome to healthier version of you! The selections below are basic meal preparation service. No Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, just a basic meal plan to kickstart your healthier eat habits.

Here’s How It Works

  • 10 Meals: 5 Lunches/5 Dinners; No Breakfast

  • Protein, Carbs & Veggies with the option to upgrade

  • Protein Upgrades: Salmon or Swai (Minimum 2)

  • Carbs: Sweet Potatoes/ Basmati White Rice

  • Carbs Upgrade: Garlic Red Roasted Potatoes (Min 1)

  • Green Veggies: Green Beans, Broccoli

  • You get the choice of all 3 proteins, carbs & veggies. Please specify in additional notes at check-out or Text Us Below of how many servings of each to total 5 Lunches/5 Dinners. Whichever option you choose will be your majority of your servings

  • Seasons Used: Mrs. Dash variety seasonings, sweet onion, red onions, bell peppers (all colors); olive and avocado oils, Lawry’s seasonings; additional seasonings may be added. If you have any contraindications to certain foods, please consult your doctor, dietician and read out DISCLAIMER

  • Orders Must be placed and paid for by Wednesdays by Noon-12pm Local Arizona Time; Picked up by Sundays from 1pm-2pm.
